Stretching Classes

Do you know how to stretch correctly so you will get the most benefit out of your time and effort?
You don't have to wonder any longer.
Stretching is essential to our bodies. We spend too much time in sedentary position and inactivity that our muscle get tight and short. This will lead to a myriad of problems such as knee pain, shoulder pain, neck and back pain, stress, fatigue, joint pain to name a few.
Stretching will increase and enhance blood circulation, range of motion, relaxation and tension relief, decresed risk of injury and better performance.
Dr. Maggie Pezeshkian is offering a stretching
and relaxation class at Monrovia Community Center every Tuesday night
from 7:30pm to 8:30pm. The class will teach you several different ways
of stretching including static stretching, resistive stretching,
PNF(proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) stretching. The class
will also teach relaxation and core strengthening. You will leave
feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
