power. It is a great cardiovascular exercise and will help you develop lean muscle mass.
If you want a fast, effective and an intense workout with minimal equipment, with focus on strength, cardio and flexibility this class is
for you!

Must bring your own kettlbells


Minimum required kettlbell weight: Women: 16-18lbs Men: 26lbs
